Upon delivering my Cheer Up Basket to my friend yesterday, I noticed that her little girl was playing with a cupcake liner. And then it hit me!

Cupcake Liner Garland!

So adorable! And according to this 100 Layer Cake tutorial, it looks super easy to make. I am not planning any upcoming parties necessarily, but that doesn’t keep me from filing away some clever ideas for later. Planning Ginny’s baby shower in June and Mia’s 1st Birthday Tea Party in August was so much fun, I now find myself looking for reasons to celebrate.
